Explore your body and discover new pleasure with hula hoops. This is not your 1960's hula hooping, for sure...Hoopdance combines freestyle dance with hoop moves and tricks. No dance knowledge required, come learn to move your body in new ways that feel great! Open to all fitness levels, no hooping experience required in this safe, motivating, and inspiring introductory class. Bring water, and an "I CAN do this!" attitude, and a joyful time is guaranteed!
Hoops will be provided for class, and also available for purchase.
