Get into your body, laugh, play, and work out!

No experience necessary for this delightful dance expression and
fitness series! Explore your body and discover new pleasure
with hula hoops. This is not your 1960's hula hooping, for sure...Come
prepared to learn moves and tricks, and dance in new ways.

Open to all fitness levels, no hooping experience required in this safe,
motivating, and inspiring series. Bring water, and an "I CAN do
this!" attitude, and a joyful time is guaranteed! Hoops will be
provided, and also available for sale.

Join Hero Hoops teacher Nicole for the follow up to the Hero Hoops introductory
Series 1-A. In these three classes learn transition moves and jumps that are guaranteed to improve

Class series runs 7:45 - 9:00 p.m. Mondays, December 1st, 8th, 15th, 2008
