YAY! An indoor Saturday jam for our East Bay hoop community! December's jams are experimental on two fronts: 1) Will you, members of the East Bay hoop community, support a Saturday hoop jam? And 2) Is 7th Heaven a large enough space for us to hold such a jam? This is *not* a Hero Hoops jam. This is a community jam for any and all members of our hoop community. The three world class hoopers will be lowered from the rafters on lyras (supsended aerial hoops), and will dance a choreographed piece together. No experience necessary for this introduction to hoopdance! A completely beginner-friendly class, expect to laugh, have fun, and feel great! This Hooping Bootcamp is an intensive 2 hour learning experience that will cover the basics of hoopdance. Hoops provided for class use, and all fitness levels welcome. Experience what hooping is about in a safe and supportive environment.
