Join Miss Rosie for a free Intro To Hoopdance class in celebration of 7th Heaven Yoga's 10 year anniversary. Saturday February 14th, 1:45 to 2:30 p.m. Registration begins at 1:30, and this class will be filled on a first-come first-serve basis. No need to bring a hoop...we'll have them there for you, but do remember to bring water.

This class will be followed by a very brief info session on the upcoming Hero Hoops Teacher Training. All are welcome to stay.

This Sunday we're offering two free beginners classes in San Francisco
as part of this weekend's Teacher Training. We'll have two sessions,
starting at 1:15 p.m. and 2:15 p.m., and each class will last
approximately 45 minutes. If you're interested in joining us, please
