Arrive early, this class will be filled on a first come, first served basis. Join Miss Rosie for this higher level hoopdance class focusing on intermediate and advanced tricks and moves. Explore a deeper level of flow with new variations. This class is NOT a beginner's class. This class is for hoopers who have been hooping for a few months and who have taken a few hoop classes, either with Hero Hoops or elsewhere. Hoops will be provided. Just bring water and a "Heck yeah!" attitude! more info

Intermediate Advanced Workshop Start: 19:00 End: 20:00 Miss Rosie will be in Los Angeles, CA on Wednesday May 20th to teach a special intermediate/advanced workshop. Class content will cover a mix of dance technique and hoop tricks to evolve your hoop flow. Space is limited in this special class!
