On this special day there will be two dance sessions: the first is 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., and the second is from 4-6:30 p.m. Vending will be happening from 1-4 p.m., and Miss Rosie will be costume bits and accessories, hoops, and the new book HOOPING.
