Join Miss Rosie for a free Intro To Hoopdance class in celebration of 7th Heaven Yoga's 10 year anniversary. Saturday February 14th, 1:45 to 2:30 p.m. Registration begins at 1:30, and this class will be filled on a first-come first-serve basis. No need to bring a hoop...we'll have them there for you, but do remember to bring water.

This class will be followed by a very brief info session on the upcoming Hero Hoops Teacher Training. All are welcome to stay.
