HoopStylie - Hoopdance combos and dance technique - a workshop for all levels!
Miss Rosie returns to Arcata! Join her for a 2 hour workshop to access greater flow in your
hooping. Unleash your intuitive movement style and funk it up with some
spicy new hoop and dance combos!
What To Bring:
- one easy on-body hoop and one hand hoop, or your other spin tools
- notebook and pen
- yoga mat
- water
- And lastly, bring an "exploratory" and "woohoo!" attitude!
Some lightweight advanced HDPE hoops will be available for purchase,
in addition to stylish clothing and accessory vending by Onyx's Closet & Miss Rosie's Accoutrements.

Bio: Miss Rosie has been a fitness teacher since 2005, a hoopdance
teacher since 2007, and a dancer since she was 5 years old. Her focus
in the hoop is on fusing dance with technical hooping, resulting in a
highly expressive and fluid style. She has taught around the world at
hoop gatherings and major festivals, and has performed internationally
as far away as the Middle East. Her company Hero Hoops offers classes
and teacher trainings, and she is the founder and executive producer of
Movement Play Events; Both companies are dedicated to helping people
create more joy and pleasure in their lives through movement and
