freedom and expression in your body. Learn ways to allow ease and grace
to arise through your movement and hooping!  Workshop topics and
benefits will include:

  • How to improve your posture and move from your center
  • Stylized dance technique ranging from Classical to urban styles
  • Generating authentic and expressive movement within the hoop

  2. notebook and pen
  3. yoga mat
  4. water
  5. 3-5 paperback books (not hard cover), which will be used for an exercise. The content of the books has no relevance - they just need to be paperback. If you don't have paper

skinny and thick books ranging from 1/2" to 1" thick.
