In celebration of Bay Area National Dance Week, this class is FREE!
Arrive early, this class will be filled on a first come, first served
basis.

Get into your body, laugh, play, and work out!  Explore your body and discover new pleasure with hula hoops. This is
not your 1960's hula hooping, for sure...Hoopdance combines freestyle
dance with hoop moves and tricks. No dance knowledge required, come
learn to move your body in new ways that feel great!

Open to adults of all fitness levels, no hooping experience
required in this safe, motivating, and inspiring introductory class.
Bring water, and an "I CAN do this!" attitude, and a joyful time is
guaranteed! Hoops will be provided, and also available for purchase.

Taught by Hero Hoops founder Miss Rosie.

PARKING: There are several parking garages within 1 block. The best deal is on Jackson between Kearny St. and Columbus Ave.

**BUILDING ENTRANCE: 735 Montgomery is a big brick building on the
corner of Jackson. There are two doors. Please enter at "The Center"
door closest to the corner, and not the wooden doors marked 735

Hoops will be available for use or purchase. Wear comfortable clothing to move in, and please remember to bring water.
