Hero Hoops Series 1-C will take you on a journey into more technical tricks, smoother choreography, and ultimate hoop bliss! Learn Duck Outs, Angle variations on the chest/shoulders and body, advanced reverses and breaks, and some of our favorite and flashiest jumps and hoop manipulations!
Class Prerequisite: Completion of Hero Hoops Series 1-A & 1-B, Hooping Bootcamp Level 2, or other comparable intermediate class.
Class series runs 7:45 - 8:45 p.m. Mondays, March 9th, 16th, 23rd, 2009
