Integrative Hoopdance: Moving In & With Your Hoop
Join Hoopalicious and Miss Rosie for this higher level hoopdance workshop exploring how to express your dance while hooping. Dancing independently of the hoop requires developed awareness of your contact points; this class will help you to understand and practice integrating your dance movements with your movements that propel the hoop.
