Join acclaimed hoopdance teacher Miss Rosie for this Beginner's Hoopdance Playshop at World Dance Fitness in San Anselmo, available on November 5th only! Absolute beginners welcome and invited to experience the joys of dancing with hoops. This class is for adults only, and promises to make you laugh, and discover a lighter and more expressive side of your self. Get INTO your body through hoopdance!
