hoopdance. A completely beginner-friendly class, expect to laugh, have

This Hooping Bootcamp is an intensive 2 hour learning experience
that will cover the basics of hoopdance, and is perfect for newbies or
those who would like to review the beginner moves.
Hoops provided for class use, and all fitness levels welcome.

Location: The Center for Transformation, 735 Montgomery at Jackson, San Francisco
PARKING: There are several parking garages within 1 block. The best deal is on Jackson between Kearny St. and Columbus Ave.
**BUILDING ENTRANCE: 735 Montgomery is a big brick building on the
corner of Jackson. There are two doors. Please enter at "The Center"
door closest to the corner, and not the wooden doors marked 735
Hoops will be available for use or purchase. Wear comfortable clothing to move in, and please remember to bring water.
