This Hooping Bootcamp is an intensive 2 hour learning experience that will cover the basics of hoopdance.
Hoops provided for class use, and all fitness levels welcome. Experience what hooping is about in a safe and supportive environment. Enjoy yourself more through movement
exploration!
This class is open to those who are new to hooping, or those who would like to review the basics.
Class Investment: $39 for 2 hours of AWESOME education!
Location: The Center for Transformation 735 Montgomery St. at Jackson St. San Francisco
Monday December 8th, 6:15-8:15 p.m.
PARKING: There are several parking garages within 1 block. The best deal is on Jackson between Kearny St. and Columbus Ave.
**BUILDING ENTRANCE: 735 Montgomery is a big brick building on the
corner of Jackson. There are two doors. Please enter at "The Center"
door closest to the corner, and not the wooden doors marked 735
Hoops will be available for use or purchase. Wear comfortable clothing to move in, and please remember to bring water.
